Individual Coaching
Coaching is offered over the phone or in person. Sessions are 45 minutes in length and are offered in a package of 3 sessions which can be used at your own pace. Individual 60-minute sessions are also available.

Relationship Coaching
As a relationship coach, I support clients in the creation of healthy and loving relationships with themselves, with their communities and with a soulmate or significant other. I empower singles to gain the clarity and confidence to attract their soulmate. I support couples to create conscious relationships based on mutual love, respect and growth.

For Couples Coaching, my Introductory process includes an individual 45-minute session with each partner separately, followed by a 90-minute session together. Following this introductory process, sessions may be purchased separately or as a package.

Shamanic Healing
I am an initiated shaman or Marakame in the indigenous Huichol Indian tradition of Mexico, having completed an apprenticeship of over seven years of instruction and pilgrimage to prescribed sacred sites. I have also trained in the modalities of Shiatsu, Plant Spirit Medicine and Reiki and have 25 years of experience with community, ritual and individual healing practices.
Healing sessions are conducted in person, are generally 50- to 60-minutes in length, and may also include shamanic counseling.
